Yeah, all the character models and such remind me of the ones from EQ2.

That's a hell of a lot easier than making someone look normal, that's for sure. My next character will have skin so bright he emits light.

BTW - did they do away with the policy of everything that's for sale in a shop being physically located as an object somewhere in the shop? I searched Jesnine's shop up and down for this awesome sword she has, to no avail.

Willias had this to say about the Spice Girls:
Kenn: What is DEFINATELY causing your crash, is that you fucked with something in the .ini that you shouldn't have, and the game isn't liking that.Some other things that may have caused the Weynon Priory crash:
bForce1XShaders=0
bDoTexturePass=0
If any of those are set to 0, change em back to 1.Your best bet is to revert the .ini file back to it's original state, then slowly retweak it to make sure you don't crash in Weynon.
Well, that fixed it. Thanks. Finally in Ovblivion and putting up with the pinkish lava.

It seems like everything but magical items are freely on display, which ruins thievery. gee gee.

Even the stinking necromancer that I have to kill for one of the first quests I get is readily owning me.

Block more.
And.. necromancers are pretty tough stuff. Are you sure that's such an early quest?

I would assume so. I got it from the innkeeper at the inn that's right near where you start out.
I finally beat her, kiting for the win.

I've found that bows are really only great for enemy casters, enemy archers, and for getting in a couple nice hits before the enemy closes to melee range. Perhaps others are able to make more use of them, but I find that once the enemy closes to melee range, even if I block and fire while they're recovering, I get raped due to the amount of time it takes to notch & draw the bow. I highly recommend keeping a blade/blunt weapon or a good damage spell on hand for when the enemy closes in close. Spells don't take nearly as long to cast, so it's easy to get off a spell while the enemy recovers after you block.
With a high sneak, you're going to see a lot of 'one shot, one kill' situations. Especially if you have an enchanted bow.
However, I don't mind using the "run like a little bitch" tactic when I get low on health so I can heal myself. It generally consists of me running around in circles screaming like a little girl, while whipping out the heals.
Doesn't work in the god damn arena though, npcs in there are like "Y HALO THAR! HAV TRUBL MUVEN?"
I mean, damn. Either everyone you fight against in the arena has speed potions, or some kind of crazy jet boots.

Steroids.

Then what about the 3 argonians? Steroids there too?
That was the worst of the fights. They were all like RAPE RAPE RAPE, and I was like "Oh god! They're beating me to death! With their bare hands! D:"

Go join the Dark Brotherhood.
Same with the actual missions, just rip stuff out their hands then run like hell. Don't even have to be sneaky, just blatently stuff things down your pants and run away.

Talonus had this to say about Knight Rider:
Sneak/bow users should this mod and this mod. The first one increases bow damage to a more balanced state, while the second increases sneak damage at higher sneak levels. It doesn't overpower either, but you'll be able to do a decent chunk of frontloaded damage to an enemy, even killing him pretty easily if he doesn't see you. I very much recommend the mods for a light arms type of character, they're a huge help.
I can honestly say that i haven't been having that problem so far. Most guys i hit with a sneak attack drop in a single arrow and if not, it's only a few more shots to finish them off.
Granted, this is at level 5 fighting enemies that haven't quite bumped up to the next tier yet.

Yeah, you're still not at the point where it's a problem. You'll start having problems in the teens or when you have to face multiple enemies at once.

IIRC, the more you get caught the higher your infamy gets. You can't do some quests or get blessings in a church (to cure disease) if your infamy is too high. It's better to actually be stealthy then to bum rush it like you are doing now. Getting the armor from joining the Dark Brotherhood will help a lot to make you more sneaky, which is good as that's argueably the best armor you'll get until your teens unless you kill Umbra.
Bah.
the 3 on 1 is nof un though =(

Purchased house: No.
Downloaded house: Depends.
Basically, any time you kill an NPC and take the house that is flagged as their habitation, anything you put in there will be auto-cleaned. Cities and wilderness will be autocleaned, too, but it takes longer.
