If you want to enforce the rules, why not enforce the rules? You could easily ban Nem-X for off-topic posts. You should ban Jensus for insulting a moderator, something clearly stated in the rules. There's plenty of bans that could be thrown around if there wasn't some favortism around here.
All of those members were hated long before they were banned/left, which is my point. As you say, they were banned for breaking the rules. Where is "off-topic posts aren't allowed" in the rules, and why hasn't it been enforced for... forever?
