Kait routinely defied the warnings; if she kept getting let off, she wouldn't have thought there was any consequences for breaking the rules.
Plus, technically, she also had a user picture in her profile that wasn't her, which is also a bannable offense.
The only ones that probably didn't want her banned were the ones that were her friends (Mod), the ones that didn't care (Tarquinn) and idiots who stand up for child molestors (Lyinar).

I can see her problem there. It's hard to take serious any warnings of someone who has the powers of a Moderator but doesn't act like one ever.
It is confusing wheither you should be treated as an authority figure and never disagree or discuss something with you cause any disagreement could be used as you as grounds for banning, or as a power-hungry dictator who is filling the vacuum of Drysart's absence (he was assassinated, it's a coup!) and VIVA LA RESISTANCE!
