As I was a mod when Paul was around, I can say for a fact that he didn't break any rules. He was annoying and obnoxious, but so are many others. As the rules are set up under the lovely link up there, he never broke one. Which is more than I can say for many who are still welcome here.
Cadga got banned for giving his opinion of Drysart's fuckbuddy. No more, no less. Nothing many others, again, haven't done before.
Kekvit was accused of sending a video to someone *who asked him for it* Given her personality, I'm much more inclined to believe she requested it. No matter what anyone else wants to spout off, Kekvit wasn't the sort of person to just send things of that nature. He would if he felt encouraged, but he was respectful of boundaries in regards to like that.

And Drysart actually used to hold mods to the rules, once upon a time. Paul didn't break the posted rules, and despite that warnings were expected prior to a ban. I did speak to him once or twice for IRC offenses, but IRC is not here and a ban wasn't warranted.
