If this were a more active forum, then again, no. I would have no reason to, but the way the forum is now, it's not so fast-moving or intellectually stimulating that we have to protect it so dearly by banning Sean over things like that. There's hardly much here that's worth of value, unless you're someone who wears their rose-colored glasses 90% of the time.

If you wanted to blame someone, you could probably blame Drakkenmaw, since he never disclosed what they did before they could do it.
Anyways, IP bans won't be handed down, even if I could do that (as it stands, only Drysart is capable of it) because everytime the time comes to drop the hammer, I weigh past actions against current transgressions.
Sean's been a rather productive member of this community thus far. He's handed out free webhosting and I'm sure he'd hand out free webhosting to his accusers. He's provided opinions and was one of the few that stood up against tyranny (sans the current tyrant).
I'd be hard-pressed to ban Bloodsage, too, if he suddenly went wild and reduced several members of the board to tears or if Maradon went beserk and blew up my lego towers. They've both been stalwart and helpful members of the community. Or even if mild-mannered Willias, a good help in the worst of times and a great help in the best, killed Maradon.
Likewise, I find it hard *not* to ban Kikanik, 'Doc, RIG or the other troublemakers of the board; they never contribute anything except laziness and filth, sticking around and leeching off of the helpfulness of others while producing nothing of their own. The slightest transgression of a leecher will be met with fury, which is why Vinven is no longer among us.
Anyways, bans have already been handed out by a more impartial mod, so I consider the matter closed.
He's been gone from all venues, though, so good luck with that.

Generally speaking, if you thought there were going to be harsh consequences for your knees-bent, running-about, advancing behavior, you would have refrained from it, yes? In addition, it is your contention that the state of the forum is such that should be able to engage in such behavior without consequences, and, implicitly, that negative consequences of your behavior, be they administrative or social in nature, are unjustified.
Here's where I am genuinely confused: you seem to characterize the current state of the board as being that of little objective worth, and thus, I assume, unworthy of protection by its remaining members. You then, however, admit (I assume nothing other than honestly) that there remains valid reasons for you to stay. Again, I assume that you assign worth. Please explain this apparent discrepancy.
