If you have an image file (ISO, bin/cue, NRG, etc), you can do one of two things with it.
#1 - You can mount it as a virtual drive, and install it that way. Here's a link to the virtual drive software that I use. Alcohol 120%. Just install it, open the software, and drop the ISO file onto the virtual CD in the software. It's extremely easy, it's faster, and I like it more than burning CD's.
The good - you save a CD. Virtual CD's are also generally faster, as they don't have to spin up/down, and your HDD is almost always faster than a regular CD-ROM drive.
The bad - You use up HDD space that would normally be saved by burning a CD and deleting the ISO. It also means if your HDD crashes or is formatted or whatever... then you gotta redownload.
#2 - You can burn it onto a real CD. This means you need CD-burning software. Nero is probably the most common (Ahead Nero, Nero 6 Ultra, whatever). Just open up Nero, close the wizard, go to 'file', then 'burn image'. Select the image, leave the rest of the options on whatever they were on before. Pretty easy. If you get stuck... well, F1 usually opens up help.
The good - You save HDD space and have a hard-copy in case you format.
The bad - You use up a CD, and CD's are slower than virtual drives.

Looks like they pulled the page. It was up almost two weeks early, after all. I imagine if you didn't get your CD Key, you're going to be stuck waiting until May now.
On that note, the EC T2 Server is up! Server name "EC T2" in the list, find it and add it to your favorites for easy access. Standard password. If I can figure out how to get a player list from the server, I'll set this thread up with an updating playercount title.
