If you downloaded the rag_setup and sak_setup files, those things really shouldn't be missing...

One is the Smith, the other one refines the upper end ores for enhancing the big stuff.
Smile masks sell to vendors for 4k each.
Find a Smile Mask Supplier and give them 10 clover, 10 fluff, and 10 jelopy for a 4k item.
This should help you buy pretty much anything you want at very little risk.

It will be fixed on Angel next restart, they should start selling for only 10z.
I'm also adding skill quest NPCs, fixing up the Culvert NPCs, and hopefully fixing up the non-Prontera blacksmiths.

However you don't need 5.0 or sclientinfo.xml (and have to delete or rename your data directory if you have either.)
You need to download the bittorrent mentioned earlier in the thread to fix things to work with the new setup.
