Odds are it's something that I fucked up somewhere.
Anyone else have issues with the sakexe.exe file being locked? When I tried to patch it wouldn't let me overwrite the old one with the new one from aRO... I had to reboot to unlock the file. The only thing I can think of is that since I was playing on DT earlier in the day from this PC that it was never unlocked as a "file in use"...
So.. I'll try to reimburse if those three want it and can specify what they lost.
When Dark Tower is up today, I'll probably take Angel down briefly for some updating.

We use a totally different set of NPCs.
Alot of them are custom, rather than copied from official servers.
We have fewer NPCs in some areas, but that doesn't make Dark Tower better than Angel.
Also, the NPCs DT is using now were actually provided by me, as is DT's current server software.
(I have no idea how it crashed so fast, we're running the exact same thing on Angel.)

We're adding NPCs to Angel gradually.
There's not that many NPCs in some towns or such, but that's not a bad thing.
Amount doesn't really matter, keep that in mind.

Yeah. But DT retains the engrish for the NPCs.
I put alot of work into Angel's NPCs.
DT's are basically just copies from the official servers, with added stuff.
(Like the skill quests. Sorry guys, no more free 'platinum' skills. Or free warps AFAIK.)

My starting stats were 7 str, 3 int, 6 vit, 4 luk. Just gimme the stat points and I can fix the rest.

It's alot more balanced actually.
Before I would DS Zombies for up to 320 (Level 9 DS too), now I DS them for almost 400 (392 or so)... Straight shots I'd never see a triple digit hit... I got 3 for 102 before the server crapped out...
It'll take a bit of adjusting, but it should be good.

My levels, stats, and items and all that is correct, but HPs are like whoa. Plus, the attack speeds are like WAY off, they are so messed up I can't fight.
So it was actually a good thing my HP were so high cause I got mobbed in the caves by EVERYTHING, and I was shooting so horribly slow and nothing was registering, I never would have survived otherwise.

Crazy bugs with the new build on Angel.
It IS experimental and whatnot.
Everyone take note of this.
God-like powers for some of the characters until I fix the bug.
Just wish I could USE them for something. I'd totally make an assload of arrows with my 200 jellopies.

Not really, EXP was jacked too.
Some things I was able to hit, I no longer could, and a few things I couldn't hit, I could now, and should have given EXP.
Nothing was giving EXP. The ONLY thing giving me EXP was some, fried egg with a frying pan thing. And it gave very little.
