If you already have RO installed from my server, skip to step 2. Also, if you did play on my server, you must delete your 'data' folder in your 'ro' folder.
1) Download and install RAG_SETUP1209.EXE and SAK_SETUP1209.EXE using the links in my first post.
2) Download The patches in a rar from RIG's post on page 7.
3) Go into your 'RO' folder where rag and sak installed and extract the patches from the rars (into the ro folder). Run Ragnarok.exe and sakray.exe. Make sure that it says something about patching.
4) Use bittorrent to get this.
5) Copy the files from the rar that you got in step 4 into your RO folder. Run the exe that you extracted.
6) Run angelic_lite.exe to play the game.
7) ???
8) Profit.

Replace your old one with it, then run angelic lite.
The problem is it's ignoring the patch process.

I read it, but some of the errors that people were hitting could be caused by the data dir being left behind. Plus the fact that it's easy to overlook that step, I know because I did overlook it at one point.

All the masteries do work right, they just don't show correctly in the status window.

Several of the others have already seen their Porings do this, I think.
and fea, i keep gettign the same propblem you do, its jsut a matter of looking around, im not entrly happyw iht waht im hunting now (wolves/iron chongs, ~1.5%xp a kill, but its not bad either)

Munaks are nice kills.. Skels are painful if they get too close, Boguns are killable, but it takes like 6 DS's at 800+ a shot...
