I'm sure you are quite aware what is happening, and that my choices reflect a more developed plan than attempting to chase you. I know you as well as you know me. Through my torment and solitude, I've had nothing but time. Which as you are also quite aware, is on my side.

Also it would be wise not to underestimate just how far I have surpassed your original plans. But all of that should be clearer in your near, if painful, future. I can assure you.

Power notwithstanding, I've pledged my blade to Ja`Deth, and along with that pledge goes to Lyinar. And their child. If you want to even THINK about harming them, you'll have to come through me first. And be warned.. I am not one to be taken lightly.
Yeah yeah, everyone makes jokes about paladins and whatnot.. But not even the soul consuming flames of hell can stop a knight with a divine purpose.

So go ahead, you quasi-evil twit. Throw your best at me. I burn your undead to dust, I laugh at your flames, and there is no horror or pain that you could show or inflict upon me that I have not felt a thousand times deeper, or as often.

Even if you do manage to do away with me, You still have Lyinar to contend with. And Deth. And thats to say nothing of Big Deth. You wont win.

(Wasn't THAT bad, but I'd have a hard time justifing just how you found me in the first place, let alone were able to get to me.

Typically in a game it would be similar to this senario.

Narrator: You see a sickly glowing orb.
Player A: I wanna touch it!
Player B: But it's a sickly glowing orb! You don't know what might happen.
Player A: But it looks fun! I wanna touch it!
Player B: Your just asking for trouble...
Player A: I wanna touch it!
Player B: Your going to touch it aren't you?...
Player A: Yeah!

The rest of the party begins to back away.

Narrator: Are you SURE you want to touch it?
Player A: YAESSSS!
Narrator: Okay.. As you touch the orb you feel yourself changing into a brainless, useless puddle of goo sliding all over the floor. No are longer tangible, and cease to exist.

It's usually the exception to DM's killing of players for doing something that would be concidered repeatatively dumb. Personally I could have kept going with it. But it really didn't make much sense or contribute anything. )

When the time comes, should you feel it necessary, you can make good on your threats. Know this, and remember it. I fear not your gods, nor the powers any mere mortal may possess. If an army you raise, and it happens to be vast, know that I can raise one as large if not larger. With one benefit.. Total, and absolute obedience.

Other than that I just try to make sure that there are only two sides in any war, Thus why I took care of that a little bit ago.
