Necros. But still.

And saying that is pretty pointless, if clerics get a cleric only hat that's -10 AC, it doesn't matter if only they get it, it still sucks.

Its slowly turning into multi-group necessary, Dens. Have you fought in the new Cazic Thule yet? Unless your doing the 2 mobs at the entry doors, your most likely gonna need help to do a large camp.

As soon as you start thinking that a certain aspect of the game is the ONLY part of the game, then you become an idiot.

Ask for raid balancing, fine, but don't whine when other aspects of the game get balanced.

Whiney bitches.

Whine whine whine. Is Cazic Thule the only zone in the game, Skaw? Is it the only zone with experience, Skaw? Is it the only zone with loot, Skaw? People complain there isn't enough high-end content, or challenging content, so they add it, and then you bitch for not being able to handle it without problems the first week.

1) No, its not.
2) No, but its certianly worth the experience it kicks out. I'll classify it as "Assloads"
3) It's Chardok Part 2. Floating loot tables roxx0r.
4) I can handle Cazic Thule just fine, no serious resist problems here. But seeing mounds of monk corpses at zone the in from FD failures, since your pretty much pulling a group of mobs a small distance, is quite funny.

Either they made it so that FD will NEVER mem blur mobs in CT, or monks on your server are inexperienced PLd twinks.

It works that way already. Try pulling, say, FGs with a 55 monk.

Or its because the zones so full of mobs, your going to be pulling a good number of them over a very short distance. Courtyard to Entry. Court Yard to maze. Maze to courtyard. It's all a very low distance. Ever step foot into midbie Cazic? I'm guessing no.

All you need is one mage to fill this category. Its rare you find higher end guilds with more than one mage on a raid. And this is only really useful for bringing latecomers. Nice to have, but not essential.

And on the occasion its allowed during a raid, their pets.

Yay! pets that hardly do jack against mobs 15+ levels higher than them!

Where as enchanters in these newer, high level encounters have Agro-alters, Haste(Easily reduced by Bane of Thule, newer shamanistic mobs choice of spell. Do they even cast it? Seems like its a proc.) and Mana Regeneration. Look, Demitri! I even threw in Agro-alterers! Hee. Right, anyway.

Enchanters have KEI. They have mez, which is still useful in some high end encounters. Enchanters have KEI. Enchanters have KEI. ENCHANTERS HAVE KEI. You seem to forget your charm line also, which lets you FAR OUTDAMAGE mages and others while being useful to the raid in numerous other ways.

Does that clarify, Fal?

Sure, I guess so.

*shrug* I never said enchanters were well off in the end game, but saying mages are better off? right. Enchanters are REQUIRED for most raids to be successful, and are REQUIRED for most groups. Mages aren't ever required, and now that verant confirmed thatp ets eat xp in groups, mages will be LESS wanted.

Specific class based complaints are UTTERLY IMPOSSIBLE to purge of bias. There is NO POINT in trying to weigh one spell for one class against another spell on another class. It's an exercise in futility, not to mention idiocy.
