...Why keep it to PM? Kait's constant attempts to derail otherwise good threads was terribly annoying. Not only that, but she was told not to do it by a moderator, and yet she still did it. I'd say that alone is grounds for a permaban, but Parce's comment of "enjoy your time off from the boards" says it's probably temporary.

It's not that I disagree with the banning, just think posting something like this is a bit excessive. I don't remember even Somthor getting something like this, though it's been a while so I just might not recall it.

And I don't really think she attempted to derail threads on purpose. It's just the way she posts. She'd say something about the thread, and then something about herself. I'm not necessarily condoning this, I just don't think it was malicious.
But then, I also wasn't one of the people on a crusade out to get Kait. I just ignored her less intellegent posts.

Malicious or no, she was told to stop doing it by a moderator. She didn't. Thus, she was banned. I wasn't personally against Kait, either. The random BS was mildly annoying to me, and that's all. However, it really pissed off a number of others, obviously. Enough at least to get Parce to put a stop to it.
Personally, I think a ban was a little excessive, but rules are rules. You break them, you're punished.
The ban was actually for mod sass and mod defiance. But she was warned about the off-topic shit twice. Third strike marked her out.

Somthor was a dick because he always had to one-up someone. He was also an idiot who didn't really have a logical mind, so he just assumed everything he said was correct.
Jackman is stupid. He is not funny. Sometimes his posts make me laugh, but only because they are so not funny. He understands that most people hate him and that he is still following the rules. The rules, as far as I can see, dont care about how stupid you are.
Kait is just annoying, and I'm glad she's been banned for however long she remains banned for. I hope when she comes back she just turns to lurking for the rest of her time on the board.

If going off-topic was grounds for banning, I'd be banned so many times already that I'd be dust in the wind. Parcelan was just looking for an excuse cause he and a number of others don't like her.
