The grammar/way of speaking is far too similar for it to be anybody else.

I'm trying to fit in... I'm fairly polite and I am not arguing with anyone or even insulting anyone. I can leave if you like, but I am not Somethor. From what I noticed while lurking you seem to feel just about every new person is him.

I do not want to be associated with him and have the same obvious negative feelings toward me as many seem to have against that person. Please stop.

Somthor's a rude fool and broke the rules continuously. That's why he's banned. If you break laws, you go to jail. If you break rules, you get banned.

Kekvit's a child molestor and a pedophile. He's an actual danger to the community, as he could use the forums to find new victims, as he used to do. Furthermore, we all know he's not mentally right. If we keep him around, he'll think that molestation is okay and it will cause trouble in real life.

Paul, I never thought was a real big problem, and that's the reason he's not permabanned anymore. Go figure.

Jackman, while a little slow, is a cool guy. I talked with him in PMs and he's just alright. If he is Somthor, he'll be banned again. But even Somthor spelled his name right.

Since this is a flame thread, these kinds of statements are alright. But post this outside a flame thread and you better have damn good evidence backing it up if you don't want to be skullfucked.

See I would have otherwise stayed out of this...but what with referring to the thing with her "controlling" me, it now affects me.

1. I don't know when Lyinar stalked Nae. There was that incident in the public Evercrest channel in EQ where she thought it was Kanid and got angry when people jumped down her throat for thinking so when it was actually UBT... but up until that incident, Lyinar had been hanging out in there pretty often. So did I. I just didn't say much. There were several occasions where I was in game long enough to get the default "person on longest gets op status" thing. Hardly "Stalking"

Further, I can't remember the last time either Lyinar or I spoke directly to Nae. I know I sent her a sympathetic PM at one point, but I can't for the life of me remember what the issue was.

If anything, Nae would have cause to be irrate with me, because I had her nick regged ages ago on stupid.net , because certain parties were having fun assuming other ECers' nicks. When she brought it up, I told her the password and reassumed control of it. Me "sneaking" to "steal" her nick is closer to stalking than anything Lyinar did.

2. Get this through your skull: I didn't like the RPCresters any more than Lyinar. Just because I'm not in-your-face with every single one of my opinions about people doesn't mean I do not in fact have opinions about folks. Generally, I let Lyinar act as the mouthpiece, or as the "bad cop" and then I tend to be the "good cop".

Further, I lost my moderatorship because I violated an edict concerning not moderating a thread either I or Lyinar had posted in. I had been given several warnings beforehand. I had NOT been disciplined for reining the little Horde O' Assholes in. I had been disciplined more because I wasn't an impartial party in the threads I was moderating. And when I violated the edict in the end, as I recall, I sent Drys a message about it and voluntarily gave it up.

Clearly, impartial moderation was a passing fad, as evidenced by you, Parce. Same thing with anonymous moderatorship.

3. You keep bringing up Kekvit in every single thread you and Lyinar tangle in, it seems like. Lord knows I've had to combat your arguments before. We never said Kekvit was innocent of anything. If you knew anything, you'd know we have (for other reasons) disassociated ourselves from Brendan/Kekvit/Kaenia. We're hardly the "Buddies of Brendan" you continually make us out to be.

What we DID say, however, is that DivaEm was in no way a pure and innocent party in the whole mess. She was not exploited. She petitioned him for the items in question. She was also, as I recall, sixteen years old, which is the legal age of consent for sex, albeit not to own or view porn (which is what Kekvit's items sent to DivaEm amounted to). So while she was technically a minor, you'd not get him for pedophilia or statutory rape. You'd get him for (possibly) contributing to the delinquency of a minor, or (more likely) transmission of controlled adult materials to a minor across state lines (which is only a felony because it's across state lines).

So get your facts straight. Or better yet, stop pushing the button. It didn't go anywhere to begin with, and it's gotten broken on top of that from overuse.

If you want to tangle on the other issues, we can, by all means, but yeesh...

1) You allowed Lyinar to get the last word in every thread before locking. Not only that, but you specifically let her slide without warning when she started shit in non-flame threads. Don't even try to paint yourself as an impartial mod.

2) Your master specifically stepped up to defend Kekvit in the thread.

3) Lyinar, as we all know, isn't that right in the head. She stalked and harrassed Nae for several threads before coming down to it.

I won't even begin to go into her other demonstrations of hypocrisy and psychoticism; we're all too familiar with them and you wouldn't understand the concept of Lyinar not being right all the time.

Uhm...When did I paint myself as impartial? I was stating that I acted on my own. Lyinar didn't "call me in". I was completely partial. Partiality does not mean subservience to someone else. As I just said, I didn't like the RPCresters. Lyinar was just more vocal about it. When I was a moderator, you're damned right I went after them whenever they stepped outside the boundaries.

As for Lyinar getting the last word, and never getting called on it...1. There were no "Flame" threads back then. Hell there wasn't even Flameball, I don't think. In any case, check the timestamps. Let's see it. All the examples I can find may not point it out in the first post, but once Lyinar starts expounding on her point, pretty much everything I stated earlier comes out pretty quickly.

Plus you do nothing to deflect my other points. Very good evasion. Your argument against Kekvit relies on two legs. First, Kekvit is a pedophile, second, DivaEm was innocent. DivaEm was NOT, however, an innocent, and more to the point, she was above the age of sexual consent (albeit a minor). Do you know why statutory rape charges don't apply to in cases with "victims" over the age of 16?? Because that's the legal age of consent. He was guilty of a crime, but not the crime you accuse him of. The devil is in the details.

But I'll do you one better, since you either don't want to bring it up or don't remember. There was supposedly some sort of incident with Kekvit and Lazzay. Oh wait...That's right. Unlike with DivaEm, there was never any confirmation that Laz was telling the truth.

And here's where we see Parcelan's tactic when he starts losing. Appealing to the majority is a logical fallacy, Parce. You're in college. You should know that that sort of thing isn't a viable mode to use in the building of a logical proposition. "Everybody Knows" plain doesn't work.

And what several threads? Vague references to non-specific details don't build your case. Nae and Lyinar clashed on numerous occasions when Nae and Kanid broke up. As I recall it, there was a public agreement not to bring that crap up anymore, one that Nae (and UBT) and Lyinar (and I) by and large have kept to. The one major incident where it did bubble to the surface was the mistaken identity incident in EQ, and even then afterwards it was resolved peacefully.

The only time it's still an ISSUE is when someone like you brings up half the story to try and make a point.

Now you're falling into the mistake certain other parties fall into. Just because I don't shoot Lyinar down in public means that I agree with her on all points. Does KaL bitch slap Synjari in public when he thinks she's wrong? Does UBT "put his woman in her place" (as you've stated recently you hoped I had done, in regards to why Lyinar has appeared to mellow out of late) when he and Nae disagree on a matter? Has Bloodsage ever burned Vern on the boards? No. They deal with differences of their personal opinion in private. And so do we.

Now, when you actually develop a loving relationship with a mammal of your own species, rather than your dogs, you may understand the necessity of not making an ass of yourself in public by verbally deriding or degrading them when you have a difference of opinion. Until then, or in the very least until you develop any significant relationships beyond the ones regarding your dogs and your mom, I would suggest you possibly not try to analyze the relationships of others.
