Dunno. Depends. Parce gets me pissed, but at the same time he doesn't piss me off all the time, plus his insights are worthwhile at times. Likewise, Snoota can push my buttons pretty well, but at the same time I have in the past sent a concerned PM about him getting banned (long time ago, don't ask)...so he's someone I wouldn't want to see IP banned.
Most of the people who annoy me regularly are just peons anyway, so they just aren't worth wasting my one time IP BAN OF DOOM on.
