That movie made me go 'wtf' for days after seeing it, mostly because the plot is .. well.. it's there but it's not. It just.. is - and there's no real explanations for anything that happens, even though the plot is set up in such a way that you -want- to know it.

Quick plot summary...
The life and re-birth of Jesus Christ, but told in a quasi-mexican gun fighter setting where he is trying to find and kill the 4 great gun fighter masters to become the strongest of them all, meeting up with some backstabbing lesbians on the way
Which is only the first half, the 2nd half involves a colony of incest ridden lepers, a church devoted to russian roulette and Christ falling in love with a midget
He encounters such gun fighting enemies as the two cripples, one with no arms and one with no legs
