Basically, for those of you who play little or no DnD, the Deck is a minor artifact that bestows good or bad effects.

Needless to say, most games use 'em up like Pixie Sticks.
Also, there's something you need to know: Red cards are Good, black cards are Bad. If a red card is drawn, it's gone forever after it has its effect. If a black card is drawn, it does the effect, then goes BACK INTO THE DECK! That's right, the more good stuff is used up, the more cursed it is.
