Between dailies, farming for cloth timers every four days (2x Primal fire, primal mana, primal life, primal water and a primal shadow), and farming up scryer reputation, I had enough to buy my epic mount in about a month after I hit 70.
I earned most of it back grinding the dailies out for the netherwing mount. And most of it back again grinding out the dailies for ogri'la and Skyguard (Since they'd only just been put in).
And I didn't play the AH at all. Stop sucking imo.

Ya I was in the same boat on my resto shaman. Of course since 2.3 came out I was able to actually kill shit since I had +spell damage out the ass, but that was the point where everyone decided to move to a new server.

if you're a resto druid with no money why are you complaining
level a mage warlock or hunter and farm with that, raid with your other character and you'll have money. 
Even green-geared warlocks at 70 with minimal effort and a 0/21/40 spec farm like nobody's buisness... .. Well, except fire elementals. Fuck primal fire. Fuck it in it's ass.

What's a good Mace spec for a Rogue/is the points in the Expertise boosting talent worth it?
For PvP, AR/Prep until 2.3.2. After that it'll likely be a toss-up between combat maces and Shadowstep (which can't include Mace spec).
Expertise is really good, but I'm not sure how well the talent fits into the cookie cutter builds.

Morogrim probably isn't the best fight for DPS comparisons. Watery Graves skew the meters substantially in many cases and will put certain raid members much lower than they should be. I've personally been graved 5 times in a row on this fight and ended up something like 7th as a result.
Depending on how good your raid's DPS is, there's a good chance your Mages will be forced to conserve mana between AoE waves. Many raids also give the Shadow Priests to the healers for this fight since it's somewhat healing-intensive which makes things even harder for the Mages. Warlocks can chain-cast nonstop and should generally be top damage for this fight. Rogues usually have excellent DPS-time on this fight (assuming they don't get graved), so they can do really well in spite of the AoE (but should still come in third).
