Check out the big brain on Mortious!
I'm probably going to be a Chaos Chosen, since they're the only ones who get the classic Chaos Warrior look and I love being a tank. Marauders will likely have a higher DPS, but I prefer to be the damage sponge.Unfortunately, I think the Chosen are going to be the n00b magnets and I'll be alone in a sea of morons.
The ugliest race usually attracts the most hardcore PvP. That said, Orcs v. Dwarves will likely be "hard" mode, the elf war being some kind of sissy easy thing filled with losers, the Chaos v. Empire being a nice middle ground.
I need some lore on the Orcs.
Of course, one can hope that the fanbois who flock to pretty races will be far greater than the fanbois who flock to chaos, but that's probably wishful thinking from someone who wants to have fun with a Chaos Chosen. =(

Mr. Parcelan spewed forth this undeniable truth:
I'm pretty thrilled with the idea of the Black Orc, really. They seem like a combination of warriors and rogues as they fight and disorient their opponent by throwing them down and kicking them, stringing together huge combos of stuns and trips.
Yeah, there's a good chance that I am going to be a black orc.

Mortious had this to say about Pirotess:
So do Chaos, Orcs and Dark Elves fight together ala WOW's Horde or is every faction at war with every other faction?
From what I've understood thus far, every conflict is contained. The Orc vs. Dwarf scenario is sequestered from the High Elf vs. Dark Elf scenario.

All the scenarios are separate from one another, but there will be areas that allow you to travel to the other scenarios of your faction.
Meaning Dwarves can travel to the Human lands and help out the Humans, and Orcs can travel to the Chaos lands and help out the Chaos. Willias fucked around with this message on 06-05-2007 at 11:17 AM.

And regarding sissy mode, etc.; in the tabletop game Chaos is the most popular "evil" army.

No one can ever use vampires in any sense, style or method in any setting ever again.
Maybe in an expansion though. Lizardmen would be good opposition for them if they could come up with something to justify fighting with the other order races.

I would be bitter about that but if he hadn't I'd have never joined vodka crew and by extension my current guild, which is awesome :3
Anyway I don't know if we have the manpower for an EC guild... Maradon! fucked around with this message on 06-06-2007 at 01:09 PM.

Yes. There are too many different play styles around here for us to keep a guild going.

That's probably the best way.
