Agreed. In fact, trading pokemon with other players is supposed to be an important part of the pokemon games allready. Moving it to an MMO would be just expanding on that idea some.

Seeing how Raph Koster, one of the head honchos behind SWG, has recently left SOE, I think this article could be on the spot as to what's happening with SWG.
Though I'm hoping for a KOTOR-ish MMO, if Bioware is indeed making a Star Wars MMO. Not just a reworking of Star Wars Galaxies.
