We still haven't opened our gifts yet and it's approaching 10am. But on a side note, I built a computer for my dad's girlfriend, and bought a roxor printer for my dad to use in conjunction with new PC. (2200+ Sempron, 256mb RAM, 80GB HDD, CD-RW/DVD combo, GeForce MX4k)

A not so gifty gift is knowing my mom is getting some help. I also bought HL2 Silver Pack via Steam last night, so I played CS:S with Kegwen for a while and got pwned hardcore. But it was fun, and that is all that counts(1:2 K ratio is better than the 1:4 I was sporting in DoD last week, I'm starting to break even in DoD, can't wait for Source).

I got:

A box o chocolates
A small crowbar
2 small C clamps
4 small and 2 medium spring clips
mini lineman's pliers, and mini wire cutters (side cutters)
Spiderman2 DVD
a little cash
a Moleskine pocket notebook (the same as those used by hugely famous people, Hemmingway, Van Gogh, etc..)
and an Ottoman for under my computer desk to replace my dead subwoofer. I've wanted something like this for two years now.

It's a great day.

Hope you all have a nice Christmas

Pretty much got a full new wardrobe.

2 new shirts to use for work
2 new hawaiian style shirts that I like
3 or 4 pairs of new slacks
2 nice comfy long sleeve shirts that would be specifically nice for motorcycle riding
a pair of kick ass boots for motorcycle riding
a roxor black leather belt
$500 cash

Now, the hard part is going to be keeping myself from spending said $500 on my computer and saving it for a used Honda Magna or compairable motorcycle.

NOLF 2 is a great game. The EXP system is awesome, and really makes you think which way you want to play - stealth, sneaking, gadgets... or guns, ammo, health, armor, etc... the funny isn't there nearly as much as in NOLF1, but it had its moments - like when you're chasing a Midget Assassin on a Unicycle, by riding on the back of a Scotsman on a tricycle.

Contract JACK, I have heard, is just crap. It's not NOLF-y. It's not sneaky or stealthy, it's pure action. Nothing but run and gun the whole game
