The whole image has been. I always like to take an airbrush to pics after I take them. This one needed only minor alteration (unlike pics of myself). It was only stuff that would have been erased by a 3 minute make-up job, only done post-pic.
I don't consider it that much of a sin to smooth over a minor blemish or two.
