Ferret posted, had a sigpic of Kiki from Sluggy Freelance (complete with Poings) and the rest is history...
And as for mine, Maradon made a smartass comment about my first sigpic looking like a condom ninja because of the little 'nipple' at the top of his head. I think the Stealth part of it showed up after I made some smartass comments about not being seen as I had l33t ninja skillz.... I'm sneaky ya know.
