People drive hummers here...
and I have to ask, why?

Aside a penis enlargment...

My dad is a car dealer in Arizona and has bought those vehicles at auction before. I wonder if they have recently stopped doing this, or if it is a regional thing.

Could be that they are the Hummer(H1) and not the HMMWV.

Besides, if you oculd, buying a Surplus HMMWV would be like buying a rental car, they are not treated nicely.

Well I thought I did say it was the H1. Sorry! You can also buy old US Mail Jeeps.

Would love to get my hands on an old Willys Jeep from the Korean War or WWII era. *sighs*

And now for my 2 cents:
H1 > H2

Maybe they just happen to like the vehicle?

Believe it or not a lot of folks happen to like certain expensive cars for reasons other then penis enlargement

I happen to love the H1, and I don't have a penis.

Well, other than the one that UBT allows me frequent access to.

I grew up in a family whose main recreation was what we called "boondockin'". That involved taking a picnic lunch, and going out into the desert and exploring in our 4 wheel drive vehicles and making new trails or wandering on old trails. Way into back country. I saw parts of Arizona that most people don't even know exist.

It was a wonderful thing.

The H1 would allow you to do that and much, much more. Most 4 wheel drives nowadays aren't made for the kind of abuse that we put those vehicles through.

All times are US/Eastern
