Saralene's server uses the patch stuff as well as some other files. Run your patch clients (ragnarok.exe and sakray.exe) directly or just remove /repak from the shortcuts. This a somewhat of a pain as the patch servers in korea are... touchy. You also need to delete the data folder. This is the bulk of the work.

You can download the big RAGEXE1209 and SAKEXE1209 (I forget exactly how they're spelled, but you get the point).

I know very well what you mean. Blame Gravity.
They should really release full packages more often, too.
Sometimes closing and reopening the patcher will speed it up, but it starts from the beginning of the first file it needs again.

Another option is to go to ftp://ragnarok.nefficient.co.kr/pub/ragnarok/Patch/ and ftp://ragnarok.nefficient.co.kr/pub/ragnarok/SakPatch (using your favorite FTP client, NOT IE) and grab all the post-12-09 patches. Put them in your 'RO' folder. Start patch client again. Enjoy.

Try stopping and restarting the download.
The FTP is odd and touchy.
If it's slow usually a couple stops and restarts of the DLs will speed it up.

Yeah, sclientinfo.xml is obsolete.
I think Waisz is going to post the BT link soon for our patcher.
You'll need to use it before you can connect.
(Waisz's server isn't up yet anyway, only mine.. We're working on it right now.)
