Every Outer Plane is based on an alignment and philosphy. Mount Celestia is Lawful Good, the home of the Devas (angels) and is the most happy-go-lucky place you can think of. Now think of all the planes as a circle, each plane sorta connected to their neighbors, forming a large ring made up of all the outplanes.
