I don't see how Pved's argument isn't rational. He said that Bush is the warmonger of the two. That's no more or less rational than your example "Bush isn't cooperating enough with the united nations".

You may not agree with Pved's statement, but that doesn't mean you should just dismiss it as "ANTI-AMERICAN PROPAGANDA LOLOROFL N0OB YU0 NAZI".
