a flying company is sorta like a double sized squad who's job it is to stay mobile and plug holes in the lines as people die.
it's a primarily defensive method but is still good to bolster specific areas of the O-line.
so instead of the standard squad where it's an NCO and 4 grunts it'd be an NCO (me) and 9 memebers, one of which i might select as a secondary to send to command the squad if i needed to split it to plug a hole.
i'll get into it more Wed when we have our own board for tactics
