Go to Nem's BNT page. Figure out (Via the cargo hold numbers) how much the amount of fighters/torps you can carry as you upgrade.
Find the maximum number of upgrades and calculate the number of fighters/torps that person could have.
Have more then that number.
Then again, I can afford to lose planets.

Near 50 heavily fortified planets, (48 I think) all with or around 100mil colonists each, with high credit production, plus interest.

Actually it was Ryu's sector, he had a high evil rating. I decided to alleviate the planets from him. Then setup defenses and stations.

Also...I know you can set up a trade route from a Special to a target sector to buy mass amounts of colonists quickly. Is there a means to do it with Mines?
