Which in his own words means that he does not have any special ability at all. And is only capable of seeing the normal 20 miles or so.
I come to this conclusion like this. He says he can see 22 miles. 40% of that is 12. Therefore it is possible that he can not see as well as you and me. But instead has inferior vision being only able to see 6 miles.
So in trying to justify what he considers to be super powers, he showed us one of his weaknesses in that he can't determine or put a real value to anything!
But really I think he is scitzo and is in real need of psychiactric help. A little Lithium wouldn't hurt either.
