Not exactly, though I did have a period of deathly (sorta) illness.
I lost the weight through diet and exercise. I didn't pump iron or anything, no. Not my thing. I'm in great shape though, do I not look it or something? Body strength doesn't mean much to me. I have enough to lift what I need to lift, and really I'm stronger than I look anyway.
