It's much more amusing when you can see the look on their face as you grind them into dirt.
All hail the Sparksmith!

My decks never grind people to dirt. They just piss them off.
My wizard deck, for instance, simply doesn't let you do anything. It's worse than a counterspell deck because it's unlimited and uncounterable in itself.
My time warp deck leaves you sitting there for ten minutes (Without a turn) while you wait for me to finally blaze your ass for 50 damage after 15 turns.
All my decks are like this, but they all usually take a good long while to set up (For a multitude of different reasons).

Sabratiz stumbled drunkenly to the keyboard and typed:
No goblin kings, goblin grenades, reckless assualts or raging goblins?
With my combo of cards in my goblin deck i have killed numerous people in 3 turns.
My deck is type 2

Some of those cards are 7th ed.
Grenades are illegal.
Kings are 7th ed (therefore legal)
reckless assault is invasion... legal.
raging goblins are 7th... therefore legal.

This post confuses me. Who are you saying this too?

You and Sab. you're excusing not having those cards because you play type 2, when really only one of them isn't type 2.

You Mirari that, then Brain Geyser+Mirari.
They deck themselves.
Fuun.
Or you play Megrim, then brain geyser/mirari, then Wheel of Fortune (I think that's what it's called). [ 12-24-2002: Message edited by: Taeldian ]

'haups or Apocoplyse in response.
Goblin Sligh is good, but has some problems with Mono Black Control.
Engineered Plague = roll over and play dead for goblins. To counter this put in four Wooded Foothills main deck, then 3 forests and 3 naturalize in your sideboard. This will allow you to thin your deck in game one and side in the enchantment/artifact hate for games 2/3.
Astroglide also gives it a few problems, but only if it finds it's lifegain early.
You really should consider adding Blistering Firecats and Goblin Sharpshooters to your deck. The cat is a big big finisher if you run out of steam, and the sharpshooter takes care of annoying 1/1 critters like fiends and looters. Maybe even add Lay Waste, which would be a good utility card against Nests and Coffers, and it can cycle.
But then again what do I know about MTG constructed play, all I do now is draft.

Mine is just a fun deck I spent $30 Canadian on
Engineered Plague is a sideboard card only (or burning wish) so I don't really run into it that much. People never get the angel or nishoba out fast enough before I TRAMPLE THEM WITH MY GOBLINS!!! and those other cards cost too much online They would improve my deck immensely, but I don't really want to spend more cash on this
