I looked at these, said awww cute kitties, then looked into it, and found what Azz did. =\
Kitties don't look at bright light, kitties eyes get closed. And besides, if your kitties get eye examed by the vet, they also get a bright light in their eyes for the same amount of time as a scanner.
I don't find that inhumain, mainly because, well when we go to the eye doctor, we get bright lights shined in our eyes, as well as air being blowned into them (Glucoma test thing) As well as what I said before, vets shine the light thing in cat's eyes for an exam to.
Just seeing photoshopped images like that makes me feel icky.

The difference between this and your aborted fetus thing is that there is nothing inherintly disgusting about a cat. Most people find an Aborted Fetus pretty disgusting. There is no differencee between this and people photoshopping a picture of anything else.
The onl difference is that you decided to be hypersensetive about it and jump other peoples shit about it.
The difference between this and many other "joke" phenoms is. You can almost bet someone, in todays world, is sick enough to actually do something like this. And it's knowing that in the back of your mind that gives you the creeps.
Also the difference between this and movies that we watch for fun, that people are liking to bring up, is we know movies are fake, again as far as the kitties, you can never be too sure.
People are allowed to find material offensive, that is there right. Nagging them, or prying at them for something they find offensive gets you what you deserve as far as "jumping peoples shit".
This is why these morbid joke sites are successfull, like "Man-Meat" someone out there is probably sick enough to be serious about this, and that naws at people.
Legitamizing your reasoning behind your scanning kitties doesn't lessen the fact that you purposesly noted knoledge without any base reasoning behind it, already knowing the sickened reaction of the person you were dealing with.
It's like saying "Hey, I did this" letting things stir up and then coming back and saying. "Hey I did this, for such and such medical reasons." So yeah okay, your reasoning was good and it made sense, yet you purposely provided information on a touchy subject that was already misunderstood without any semblance of a decent explaination... And then you complain about being "jumped"?
Point is, some people find it sick, others don't care. Each is entitled. So back off.
