The users of the sigpic change.
The distraught viewer stops coming or starts 'taking risks.'
Drysart changes the sigpics.

Those pics just aren't appropriate for a PG-13 board. They could very easily be considered soft core porn in some places.

As for the sig pics, I would wager that there's a line between "implied" and "graphic" when it comes to nude/non-nude images.
Example 1: Piper shows a picture of a blue dildo. She shows the pic, posts a warning in the thread topic, and insinuates usage. She doesn't get graphic or gory or rude. She has, in other words, covered all her bases. And she doesn't use it as a sig pic.
Piper, in the example given, has covered all reasonable expectations. She hasn't posted adult material (IE her blue dildo pic isn't meant to incite an elicit response), didn't post a lewd text message, and gave forewarning to the thread.
On the other hand, some of the sig pics floating around are probably pushing the limits. Okay, they're meant to be posted in fun. But there ARE suggestive pics that aren't nude, right? Lingerie pics,bathing suit pics. Hell Kloie's found one that's fine. You could use the St Pauly girl. Or Swedish Bikini Team pics. None of those are nude pictures.
But that's just my opinion.

I still look at the boards at school and nobody has said anything besides...Wow, nice pictures. Well maybe sometimes the less than swift ones assume it is actually a pic of the poster, until I point out that other posters are not really an anime toon or a tiger etc etc..

I put off going to school when I graduated high school, oh so many years ago, that lead to getting low end jobs and never taking the time to go back to school.
Now I'm old and back in school trying to get to where I should have been at least 10 years ago.
So kids, a piece of advice, don't think..oh I can take a few years before I start college get a job and have maybe have some fun, cause going back is HARD.
