$10 will change your title to one of your choosing.

$20 will change someone else's title to one of your choosing.

$30 will change your title and protect it from being changed by anyone else for six months.

Paying for a title will lock it and prevent it from being changed by a moderator for a period of two months, however, unless you pay to lock your title, there's no guarantee that someone else won't come around and pay to change it immediately (title changes will be handled automatically by the board software and should take place almost immediately after the payment is made).

Titles will be able to contain some VERY basic HTML (nothing more complicated than, say, Delidgamond's title, for instance). Any title that contains profanity or breaks the board layout may be revoked. (There'll be a preview option so you can see how your title looks before finalizing it.)

Will it show the changee who did it?

Group B becomes Group A's title bitches.

Yes, but a moderator can't change someone's title if the person has paid to lock it, or if it's been changed to a paid title in the past 60 days.

It aint like I have the money to protect my title... but luckily, I have been slidding further into the woodwork, lately, it seems.

I might lock my title cause i know some people on this board are gonna use it to thier advantage, hell remember when we could change our posting names? that lasted what an hour before people were doing lame and immature things with it. Some people arent mature enough to be trusted with something like that hehe
