Thetheball IS a contact sport, if that means anything.

Ever seen that Simpsons where they show the Springfield Elementary schoolyard, and the tetherball pole had a cinderblock tied to it? -That's- olympic tetherball.

You seem to be missing a certain ball-->rope-->pole sport... just thought I'd mention that.
