Drys has a Goodbye=Banned policy? Thank god. He should adopt some of the SA Forum Rules. Some of them are quite good.
1. If you post "FIRST POST" in a thread, regardless of placement, you will lose your entire post count. Persist and you could lose your account. First posting is the equivalent of forum diarrhea.
2. Bitching about a custom title (either having one or not having one) will not get you a different custom title. In fact, it will probably result in a reset post count or a ban, depending on the mod's mood at the time.
3. If you're caught doing one of the above, don't whine about free speech and how this forum infringes upon your rights as an American / human being / jackass. This is a private forum and these rules are limits on what can be done by its participants. If you've broken a rule and are banned, you are obviously not wanted here.
4. If a post of yours has been edited, it's been edited for a reason.
5.Posting that you're leaving SA (EC) for good will result in a ban, since you obviously don't need to use your account again. This is to catch all the pathetic attention whores out there.
6. Moderators interpret the rules listed in this document on a case-by-case scenario. Their decisions are final. If you think their judgment is unfair, you're probably an idiot.
7. Do not ask to be a moderator. Asking to be a moderator is the quickest way to never become one.
8. If you choose to meet with a SA Goon (EC Reader) in real life, you do so of your own accord and will not hold SA (EC) responsible for anything bad or horrible which may occur on your meeting. If you do hook up and decide to get married, we expect to be flown out to the wedding and given nice hotel accommodations.

That said, sex is a very serious issue. You should only joke with someone about it if they feel comfortable with your joking. If someone says stop, stop. That's the line that you've crossed, Malbi. It's one thing for you to joke around about sex, there's nothing really wrong with that, but you can't do it at the expense of others. Females are not yours to talk to anyway you wish. They are living, breathing Human Beings just like men, and they deserve the same kind of respect that we do. When you continue to push the way you do, it's called sexual harrasment and we can do things like put you in jail for that in this country.

Bullshit. That's utter bullshit. He refused to stop messing with girls, but we're supposed to instantly tell him everything's okay and he's forgiven? Give me a break.
Obviously holding his hand and saying 'That's okay Malbi, please don't do it again' hasn't worked. Being direct and yelling at him is obviously the only way to get through to him when he's doing something wrong. Your way doesn't work, mine does in this situation.

I'm not saying we should give infinite chances to people. I'm saying we should address the situation by stating the facts, discussing the possible outcomes, and overall dealing with the situation CALMLY.
As far as I can tell, you should take the time to calm down before posting. Angry posts garner angry responses, which garner further angry posts. Vicious cycle, it is. Leads to many, many needless arguments. Like, say, this one.
If I can't post calmly and rationally, I don't post. There's no way to resolve the situation to everyone's advantage if all that occurs is a shouting match.
Now, if you're going to post angrily in response to my post than I urge you not to. Just don't post. If you do post angrily, I'll take the simple tact of ignoring it - it'll save both of us a cooling-off period.
If you want to discuss this CALMLY, however, feel free to PM me. Otherwise we're just taking up the board's time with a one-on-one communication.
