What're you, fucking priests? Play a class with more than five buttons like shaman or warlock.
I'd use the extra bottombars that Blizzard put in, except that they're paged with the main bar for some inexplicable reason. :/

Priests!
Edit: I could never play a pure healer class. Tarquinn fucked around with this message on 12-10-2007 at 12:04 PM.
That being said, I like the look of the UI that Delid posted, but I don't think I could stand having that much of the middle of my screen being filled up with shit.

well maybe if I didn't need so much shit or if any of the minimalistic UI compilations weren't awful I could do something about it
you should see it during a raid. big Omen and Assessment windows plus the healy raid frames! good times.
edit: also a big chat window is indispensable Kegwen fucked around with this message on 12-10-2007 at 03:16 PM.

There's nothing I want to play on any platform that I have (note: shitty PC) so I reactivated WoW
Halo 3 and CoD4 were boring after like a week
Kinda wish I could play again. It was kinda fun being a newbie again.
In retrospect, I have a lot of free time on my hands now.

Deth finally infected me with the bug. I split my time between EQ2 and WoW with him. We even have WoW Saturday where we play WoW if we're home.
I'm enjoying it. It's easier than EQ2, but that's not really a bad thing. It's nice to be able to log on and progress in something. Lyinar Ka`Bael fucked around with this message on 12-10-2007 at 11:56 PM.

Because they keep adding new content and the content they have is too massive to be able to see and experience for the vast majority of people, which means that some of us still want to do Hyjal or kill Vashj.

Pretty much how I felt when I played the trial.
Lots of people love it, more power to them, but just wasn't for me. I might play WAR as a Chaos Chosen when it comes out, but I get the feeling that the Chosen will be the most picked class for the trash-talking smacktards and I don't want to be affiliated with those.

230 days for 70. Most of it sitting around waiting for a raid to start... back in the day.
I miss my guild.
I know they increased quest XP by like, 20 or 30 percent, but how much did they reduce the XP required to level by percentage wise?

Yeah, I had lol days at 60 and such.
As for exact %, no clue, can't remember how much was needed before. But it's super fast and fun compared to the old days. Plus the lowbie dungeon revamps makes doing instances fun.
What the hell

Ah, such is the lol-ness of the supernewbie patch. Easier levelling, tracking any kind of important thing you could ever fucking need (Repair Vendor? Reagents? LOL YOU GOT IT ALL BUCKO) and more cursor creations than you can shake a stick at.
Almost makes me sad.
If pub groups were bad a year ago (when I last quit) I can't imagine what they're like now, when absolutely every mouthbreather with two functioning fingers can get to 70 in a month.

Leveling 20-60 requires a lot less EXP and you get a lot more EXP from quests. Also all the instances before Hellfire Peninsula are retardedly easy
I like this change because everything up to Outland is an awful treadmill where I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything in a reasonable timeframe. The patch fixed this.
edit: 2.3 is awesome. I'm in sort of a unique position by being in a huge guild that doesn't recruit from the server's general population. I never have to group outside of the guild so more idiots hitting 70 doesn't really affect me Kegwen fucked around with this message on 12-15-2007 at 04:01 AM.

Levels 20 - 60 need a flat 15% less exp per level.
Quests from 1-60 give 15-20% more exp reward (scales with level).
Pre 60 dungeons are now within a 4 level range max instead of the 7-8 level range like they were before. No more Uldamon starting at 36 and ending with a level 44 boss.
