Batty defeats Talonus and takes his 5 gold coins, because that's all he had!

Gains:
Delidgamond scores a +2 Attack Roll potion without fighting for it!
Zaeron gains 1 level, 10 gold coins, and loots a +1 Ring of Battle!
Vorago gains 1 level, 10 gold coins, and loots a +1 Assassination Dagger!

Batty heals Talonus and gains 1 level!
Karnaj gains 1 level, 10 gold coins, and loots a +1 Assassination Dagger!
