Frankly, I think that guilds that force certain talent specs are actually less skilled than guilds that can adapt to accomodate the oddball specs like feral druid and shadow priest.
Rather than being a detriment, oddball specs tend have unique abilities that can be a huge asset if used properly. I know I love the SHIT out of my shadow priest.
