My aunt from Ohio has that accent really bad, like the mother from bobby's world Donchaknow, but you don't here Warshington from her. When we moved to Jersey me and my brother were put into speech thearpy classes, they thought or accent was a speech impediment. 
oh course, I substitute "Right?" with "eh?" so, I know others are too.

Oddly, my parents have a little metal sign that says "uff da" on the front of the house but I've never seriously heard it said before.
