what's quicker, hitting ctrl-space then typing 3 or 4 letters or moving a mouse across a screen, clicking, moving accross the screen, clicking again, moving a little more, clicking a third time, moving a smidge, then double clicking?
You don't have to type the whole path. You don't even have to type the whole program name. in fact, you can just type the initials of the program. As some one who's actually used it, as opposed to everyone here who's saying it's nothing, I can tell you that it's faster.
