He's in the emergency room right now, so keep him in your thoughts. He had a burst appendix that nobody caught, and he's been in for about 6-7 hours now. If you're of a praying type, any would be appreciated.

I was at the cubs game when I got the phone call, put a hell of a lot more of a damper on my day then the reds' grand slam

Something similar happened to my roommate last Summer. He ended up on a heavily restricted diet for a few weeks post-op, but he recovered pretty quickly. Here's hoping Vise's situation isn't any worse.

The reason it wasn't caught sooner was because this is the middle of finals for him. He probably figured it was the flu or something, so he didn't tell anybody. He didn't even tell anybody after it burst, because he didn't realize what it was. It wasn't until someone called a nurse that they realized it was really bad, and they didn't even wait for an ambulance. They carried him out to the nurses's car and she drove him to the ER.

Just a note for the waiszlings, its not worth calling his house, his parents left this morning to head down there. I'm workin on getting their cell.
