For the record, I literally can't recall the last time I filled up my little red Neon (about 8-9 gallons,22-23 mpg usually) for less than 20 bucks.

One of the things about living in New York state is we can go anywhere and marvel at the gas prices in other states.

I put in a bit over $30 in gas every fillup

Stupid wah-i-need-Premium-or-i'll-knock-like-a-ho car.

Just kidding. the car.

And i'd put the $100 towards Italy. Every cent helps.

I think it balances out for me. I must use premium but I get good mileage.

I get about 13 miles to the gallon on a good day. I'd wouldn't even feed that bitch unleaded if there were a cheaper alternative.

Because it's more like $4-5 per gallon now.

Please, don't. For the money you would spend on one, you could build your own with better parts and probably something like water or phase change. Not that you would, but you can match their system with much less.

I'm talking about a laptop, not a tower. I built a tower better than what alienware was selling at the time for about 1/4 of the cost.

Oh yeah, I know, gas prices are insane over there

I'm lucky with my car, due to the excellent gas mileage. I feel bad for all the people who drive those freaking huge SUVs.

I wouldn't feel bad for them. They chose to drive a SUV and the smart ones factored in the cost of gas when they bought/leased it.

I'd rather tow around a desktop and a fucking portable generator than pay $2200 for a gaming laptop.

Actually, Alienware is also giving a $500 instant rebate and free shipping, so their computers are around the same price.
