1. Waisz, guess what? They're planning to extend I-355 to I-80 next year (it currently runs from where IL 53 and I-290 meet to its junction with I-55). Secondly, as of January 1, all CASH tolls are doubled, thus encouraging people to get an IPASS. Rumor has it, though, that they're going to begin measuring how long it takes you to get from one toll plaza to another via the IPASS. This means that if you go through 2 toll plazas, 15 miles apart and the speed limit is 55, they will mail you a speeding ticket if it takes you less than 15 minutes.

3. If this is an acutal dress-up event let's not make asshats out of ourselves. That is to say, if we're supposed to wear suits or something, let's just do it so that people don't get a negative impression about FF fans. At least not a worse one than they already have

And if you like this, consider the Anime Central (ACEN) convention in May, also in Rosemont. Not as cool on an "official" scale (as in, it's not a big symphony, heh), but there are still a lot of cool guests there and it's really a lot of fun.
