People try that with me at work all the time. They'll call screaming and cursing because their order was messed up, and I just hang up on them. I don't know what makes people think they have the right to act like that. And worst of all, it's always the adults that should know better. I've never been yelled at by anyone under the age of 20.(Maybe I just scare them.
