Nevah! If died everyone was dead, I took good care of you, wtf. 
You only had a mass dying spree in ONCE incident, ever, and that incident doesnt even come CLOSE to the numerous times I have been watonly, rituatlistically, and summarily executed. Yes, Executed... You can't call those deaths ANYTHING but an execution.
As for the rules they are really quite simple. Don't kill the sick guy first, stand as close to the Sick Guy as you can and pick off everyone else, and if I happen to Ressurect you, DONT just run away and lick your wounds, beat the shit out of anything and everything in your path cause for a little while you are a Combat God (Unless you are a Controller! 
Then you can run like a scared little girl! If you happen to be a Scrapper and I rez you... my god. Even tankers to a lesser degree.) See, quite simple rules really.
