Never, outside of friends. However this state is predominantly white... so most of the insults flung back and forth are of a different nature.
Coulda fooled me. I've seen more people from Asia, India, Middle East, then caucasian.
Remember parking my car one time several blocks from school, and some guy asked me what (drugs) I was looking to buy. When I told him nothing, he said told me I had to be a crazy cracker to park in this area if I wasn't looking to buy like the other white kids...

Heheh. It's pretty pathetic, if I stop to think about it. Of course, if I did think about it too much, it might piss me off and I might end up hurting people. So I avoid it.
Nothing said really offends me too much. And for the most part it's just one moronic comment. I've rarely had someone keep doing it enough to get me mad. And if I do get mad, they soon learn to stop.

Vorbis thought about the meaning of life:
I've always wondered why there are so many Turks in Germany. Why is that? (Döner kebab)
Well, the main reason for that is probably that in the fifties, sixties and seventies we had more work than workers available. We kinda lost one or two people in a war... So the government invited people from foreign countries to come to Germany to work here. We opened offices in several countries to actively recruit qualified and not so qualified workers to move to Germany to work here. Obviously this was quite attractive for many people because we could offer them more money and higher standard of living. Foreign worker number one million got even a motorcycle as a present from the government. Of course not only the Turks took that chance to move to Germany, but also Italians, Greeks, people from Poland and quite alot other countries too.
This method of overcoming a "workpower shortage" was not without a precedent though. At the start of the last century Germany was in a similiar situation; our growing industries and coal mines needed more manpower than our birthrate could provide. So we recruited workers from other countries, but mostly from Poland. Today polish surnames are absolutely common here, at least in the area where I live, which used to be the motor of the German economy.
Today, about 10% of all people living in Germany are foreigners. 20% of that (2% total) are Turks. While they're without doubt the biggest group of foreigners living here, I think the main reason they're so noticeable here isn't their number, but their different culture and religion. I'm pretty sure without all those people Germany wouldn't be where it is now and I\m grateful for that.
And this is exactly why Batman would win against Superman seven out of ten times.
While it kinda had the effect of making Australia pretty tolerant towards foreigners, we always considered ourselves pretty laid-back and accepting type people anyway.. (although like any country there are those small pockets of folks who dislike anyone not like them.. this is directed primarily toward asians, but now muslims are also starting to cop a lot too).

Unemployment here is around 10% nationally at the moment..
Aside from that, however, it's almost entirely the denizens of Box Hill that do it.
