Though level 6 unlocks the power pools' first two choices... 14 unlocks the third choice provided you have one of the first two, and 20 unlocks the last provided you have two of the other powers in the pool.

I couldn't think of anything and didn't know the powers too well... and you pick them before you even get to the character creation... so I was picking powers before I even had a clue what my creation options would be.
I went with Natural Scrapper and took Spines and Super Reflexes for my powers. I turn into a 6' ball of bony shredding.
