They are working on these things, but don't expect them for quite some time. It's pretty much a dead issue on the forums right now. Getting all the appearances for those things done properly, as in flowing or flapping and not looking like ass, is going to take their modellers quite a while. They were hesitant to even put in tails, but they wanted to see something with regards to them anyway.
You'll notice that the tails don't move at all, they're just there. They're hoping to get moving tails in in the future too, but again, that's not a priority.
And yes, I concur, I want capes and such too. Trenchcoats especially. It's just gonna be a while.
1. A way to change weapon appearances.
2. A different looking assault rifle.
3. Ritki weaponry
4. A pistol powerset. Maybe as a primary set for blasters, or just so melee have a way to effectively deal with runners
5. Wings
6. One million Dollars
7. More defensive power sets for Tankers and Scrappers. As of now, there's only 4 sets for each, and one of those (Invulnerability) is shared.
8. Fast Transportation powers to be level 10.

Most scrapper sets have a ranged attack at least. I know spines does. And the defensive power sets they have now are pretty robust.
Spines is the exception, as ranged is its distinctive ability (Along with poison)
Best AE combo until Blasters get their last power, I swear. Plus I have a ranged attack that stops stuff from running due to slow. Not as much damage as MA and Dark melee, but more useful.
. Currently I'm having a lot of fun with my Ice/Ice blaster, as I haven't found anything yet that's really resistant to cold damage.
