Obviously, the DoA girls are hot, but they're pretty much fanservice anyway. (Not that this is a bad thing!) Hell, most females from fighting games tend to be given uber-sexy looks. Again, this isn't a bad thing, but it's making my analysis harder, simply because it's difficult to find a fighting game chick who isn't animated in the most beautiful way possible.
This kinda limits my answers, in that regard. My list, not including fighting game babes is as follows.
